Step 1: Register Your Brewery/Cidery
Nov. 12 – Dec. 13, 2024: Brewery/Cidery and entry registration period
- Breweries register to compete online at registration.worldbeercup.org
- All producers must complete this step during the dates above in order to compete.
Step 2: Ship Your Entries
March 24 – March 28, 2025: Entry samples due to Colorado, United States
- Breweries/Cideries may elect to ship their entries to one of our international consolidation points instead of directly to the United States. The Brewers Association will then arrange for the entries to be shipped from the consolidation points to the United States. Entries are due to consolidation points March 10 – March 14, 2025.
After the Registration Process
Feb. 14, 2025 – Deadline for cancellations and/or refunds.
Feb. 28, 2025 – Deadline for changes to entry information (based on category availability).
- Please login to your registration account here to review your entries, make any necessary changes, and print official shipping and entry competition labels.
- Changes to entry names, pouring instructions and judging information may be made at any time online through the competition portal.
- Entry category changes/substitutions: based on category availability. Some categories may reach capacity and may prevent brewers from making substitutions into certain categories.
